How it’s done

In counter attack you are looking for an opening and when your opponent is about to attack you – she is trying to land a jab and you manage to hit her first, in the belly.

  1. Put the participants in twos and tell one of them to throw a jab and then the other one to move down and throw a low jab at the same time.
  2. After a minute they change – and they will have learnt to combine ducking and counter an attack. You can use all the defending skills when you are counter attacking.
