Faking moves is about confusing your opponent.
So if you decide to hit their head you make a move like you are going to punch them in the belly. You can move forward as if you are going to hit but you do not hit and then you come in with an uppercut.
Go as if you are going to throw a jab so that she blocks and then throw a hook around the side instead.
