How it’s done
- Have children stand with enough space between each other to be able to kick without hitting another child
- Repeat each exercise a a few times to make it more or less difficult:
- Kick leg up to touch opposite hand, then with the other leg
- Hands on hips, knee up followed by leg kick up with one leg, then the other
- Kick up and twist body and arms behind to the other side
