How it’s done

  1. Tell all participants to get into their stances, with their fists up.
  2. Walk around and try to push the boxers over in a way that they might fall out of their stance if they are not doing it correctly.
  3. If you are unsuccessful, move to the next person.
  4. If they fall out of their stance, s/he then must walk around and try to push others over.
