How it’s done
- Tell all participants to get into their stances, with their fists up.
- Walk around and try to push the boxers over in a way that they might fall out of their stance if they are not doing it correctly.
- If you are unsuccessful, move to the next person.
- If they fall out of their stance, s/he then must walk around and try to push others over.
