In this modules boxing coaches may begin by sharing their own personal stories of boxing in the ring.
- Talk about when you are having a hard time in the ring.
- Instead of wasting energy on throwing punches, you move around, buying yourself time to get enough breath.
- Use footwork to keep away from opponents or clinching.
Demonstrate with the life skills facilitator.
